Speedboat insurance

Personal possessions are covered in your speedboat insurance policy

Your speedboat insurance policy will cover you for loss or damage to personal items that do not form part of the speedboats inventory, while used in connection with the speedboat and whilst in transit between your home and the speedboat. Up to an amount of 2% of the sum insured of the speedboat, minimum £500 and maximum of £2,500 unless otherwise stated in the schedule.

Please note this will not cover for loss, damage or liability in respect of fire and explosion, where the Craft is fitted with inboard machinery unless it is equipped with automatic or remote controlled fire extinguishing apparatus in the engine compartment.
